Prayer
To develop a deeper understanding of the importance of prayer as it applies to both the individual and the corporate body, so that its application will become an integral component of all Church ministries and initiatives.

Outreach
To review/develop opportunities for outreach in the local community by structured programs, practical ministries and encouraging friendship evangelism, enabling us to introduce our community to Jesus Christ.

Programs
To review the objectives, structure, effectiveness and resourcing of church programs/services to ensure that all activities are glorifying to God, suitably presented to the unchurched, and strengthening church members.

Leadership
To assist members in the identification and use of their gifts within the church. This would include the provision of appropriate training so that all members will grow spiritually, and God will be glorified through the optimum use of gifts in the church. To identify and develop those in the church fellowship who have leadership potential.
